I purchased this laptop 2 weeks ago, love it! I use this laptop to check e-mail and browser the web when I am traveling.

Just few days ago, the Bluetooth adapter "disappeared" from the system - I saw a line across the Bluetooth icon. It said "Bluetooth adapter not available" from the system profile. Later on I resolved the issue by shut down the laptop and shake it little bit (I thought it could be loose circuit inside of the unit). However, it happened intermittently for the next couple days. Because it is still within the 30 days return period I thought I can get a replacement from Amazon, but I was wrong. Amazon sent me an email ask me to deal with Apple to troubleshoot the problem, and gave me the Apple 800 number instead.

I thought as a consumer, I do have the right to return a defective unit within 30 days period. Even it is a small problem, but for a $1700 laptop, this is not something I should deserved.
